From 1 April 2020, NTE Limited is applying a price increase to its monthly charges for fixed line services to help cover the increased operating costs. The following products will be affected by the RPI price increase of 2.7% applied as standard:
- Analogue line rental
- ISDN2 / 30 line rental
- Associated fixed line rental services, including broadband
In line with Ofcom’s regulations, small businesses (with ten employees or fewer), who pay recurring charges for fixed line rental, broadband or mobile services, have the right to withdraw from their contract for the affected services without paying early termination charges. The right for small businesses to exit their contract without penalty applies only to contracts entered into on or after 23 January 2014. The small business customer must exercise this right within 30 days of receiving this notice and the small business customer must give NTE Limited not less than 30 days written notice of its intention to terminate its contract.
